Feeling Sentimental

Woke up this morning to the sweet sounds of my little girl saying “da da da” in her crib.

She fell back asleep almost immediately. But now I’m up, waiting for her to wake so I can run into her room and give her a big hug and hopefully some Saturday morning snuggles.

As we get closer and closer to Addie’s first birthday, I can’t help but feel sentimental.

This little person has changed me in so many ways. Some deep and some simple… (a simple change- I never though I’d be excited to wake up on a Saturday morning at 6:45).

It hasn’t always been easy, but it really has been amazing.

Here’s to enjoying Saturday snuggles and every second of this journey… Because time really is flying…
