April Workout Challenge: Day 1

Had a long day at work and did not feel like working out.

But since it’s April 1st and I vowed to work out every day this month- I forced myself to get off the coach and get moving… 

Did a 30-minute body weight training workout. Wasn’t the most intense workout, but was better than just vegging on the coach.

Who else worked out?  Bring it April.
