Please remind me that I’ll almost always feel better after going to the gym. Please!
In my head, I know this–but sometimes it’s so hard to get myself to lace up my sneakers and get going.
I had a rough day at work, but forced myself to log a sweat session. And voila! Instant mood booster!
In addition to working out, I’ve also being trying really hard to eat healthier. I’ve been making some really yummy smoothies every morning. Will post recipes and pics later this week. Also, tried some Josie Maran Argan oil products tonight. My review of those to come as well.
How is everyone else doing with their workouts this month? How do you stay motivated?
