Today was one of those days…Work was busy and nonstop. I was (am) tired and stressed and already counting down to the weekend. By the time we all got home, it was late. I needed to get dinner on the table (and fast!)
…So I whipped up one of our go-tos– chicken sausage and peppers. Here’s how I get dinner on the table in the time it takes Mike to walk the dog and change Addie.
1 bag frozen pepper strips
1 package Aidells Chicken and Apple sausages
Heat frozen pepper strips in a frying pan until cooked. While cooking peppers, cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Once peppers are defrosted-cooked add in sausage pieces and cook until hot throughout. (Note-these sausages come fully cooked so you are really just warming them). Enjoy!
