I love cheese– soft cheese, hard cheese, sharp cheese, mild cheese, stinky cheese… Honestly, when it comes to cheese I’m in….Probably too in.
So I’m giving up cheese for almost 3 weeks (until I have a wedding on the 27th)…. for a reality check/to realize how much cheese I actually eat…. And of course, if I lose a little weight in the process that would be great.
I’m also going to make sure I clock in my 10,000 steps every day with the help of my handy Fitbit.
My Mom is going to do the challenge with me-but she’s giving up chips and desserts. Who else is in? What is the one food item that you should cut back on?
